In a similar way to how contractors use Dwellant you can also set up auditing companies so they have access to the approved invoices for a building.
AT THE MANGING AGENT LEVEL (required once per company, then per employee)
To add or check if an auditing company already exists on the system go to setup / core data / Auditing Companies. This displays a list of all the auditing companies used before by your managing agent.
If you can’t see the one you’re looking for to create a new one.
Company Names – While this is an auto complete field that searches dwellant’s database for auditing companies you can enter a new company in. This will create a new account for the auditing company to sign into.
Employee contact details – This will send an email invite and set them up as a user in the company.
Click ok and the auditing company is created and/or available to use on your buildings.
Now there is an audit company available you will need to link it to the buildings they require the invoices for.
AT THE BUILDING LEVEL (required once per building)
Go to the building home page setup / core data / Organisation preferences
Select your auditing company, this allows them to view all the invoices that have been approved and successfully exported to your accounting system.
