As each building has been created with useful information for the tenants, much of this will differ from building to building.
To make this easy to maintain, we have created 'Building details' to be able to update and change variables. Such as property manager details, where the bin stores etc.
Go to Building data / Building details
You should have a list of details to be updated. If not speak to your administrator.
These details link to information within postings on the buildings website.
To change the values either click to change the values of multiple values.
Its formatted with = to separate name and value, there is a limit of 1000 characters per value.
Useful tips:
- If nothing is entered then the posting containing that information will not display
- Some postings may contain multiple details, e.g property manager name, email and phone number are all in the property manager contact posting.
If you update the name and email but not the phone number for this to display for the resident add n/a as the value for phone number. - If a post has multiple variables but one is not required, you can put a N/A in the varibale.
