iDPRT SP310 Printer Setup and Troubleshooting for Concierge HV
Placemaker Concierge (Concierge HV) can use the printer idPRT SP310, but the page size must be configured to fit the label used by Dymo.
Sometimes the lights could be helpful to understand iDPRT printer's working status -
- Blue light - its working
- Green - it is in feed mode, the printer just needs to be rebooted
- Red - check if the cable is secure
Please plug the printer in. It is important that you use the cables that the printer came with.
Feed the paper with the white part of the label facing you.
To turn ON the printer, HOLD the ON /OFF Button (circled in red above). Bear in mind you may need your IT support if your PC requires admin login.
Instructions on how to make the printer work on HV-
1. Install latest driver for model SP310. Here is the link you can find the driver (it is called Windows （ Seagull） Driver for SP310 ).
2. Restart the PC, this step is important, please do not skip it.
3. Go to the printer settings, on Windows 10 is under “Printers & scanners”, click on the printer and select “Manage” -and click on “printing preferences”and click on “printing preferences”
Click “printing preferences” and create a new label as below.
Tick the MM circle and then Custom
Click on NEW, digit Dwellant in the paper name field
Set the Width to 30.0 mm and the Height to: 90.0 mm, Click on SAVE and OK
Click on the dropdown menu, select Dwellant and click OK -
4: Set the printer as a default, test the label on HV.
4. Test the label on HV. Please make sure that the used page is the one created at step #3
