Order Concierge HV equipment (scanner, printers, printer rolls)

Login to Dwellant.com and:

1) Jump to the Summary page under the Home tab.
2) Click on the 'Complete Form' button on the right of the screen, between the 'Contacts' and 'Add Request' button
3) Type in your name in the Unit / User field
4) Type in Placemaker Concierge (Concierge HV) Order [313] in the Form field

5) Complete the form by selecting the items you need in the "Placing an order" section. If you require an item that is not listed, please select 'other' and explain what the item is in the next section. Tick the "I agree" box to confirm your order.
6) You can now add any supporting documents (this is not required) and click OK to create your order.
