It may be necessary to merge accounts sometimes, for example if an owner has more than one property but he would like to pay the service charge on the same account. We have an option to merge the accounts but there are two separate scenarios and ways to merge them.
All options are on the user list (set up / Users from building home page).
Select users to merge, and click Merge Users
User has two accounts in the same building.
In this scenario, the user has two accounts for each property she owns. To merge these so both properties are on the same account we use the tick boxes on the left-hand side of the table to select the accounts we want then click (you can select more than two)

The form is asking which user you wish to keep (by default it’s the most active profile which should be the one you keep). This will still move the unit information, accounting references and anything else needed onto the selected account. Click ok and the merge is complete. (you can impersonate the user after and check their account to see if it now has the information they want).
