The data gateway is used to transfer information to and from you accounting package. We can also use the plugins to upload generic building documents without having to consider an upload limit and download invoices which are the two types covered in this guide.
To set these plugins up you will need the server name which can be found in Setup / Data Gateway / Agents. Here you should see a table, copy the Machine name. Also, make a note of the next version check time.
