All Members – For a resident to log in and receive messages they must be part of this group.
User Managers – Part of the features of dwellant is allowing end users to change their details such as email address and phone number. If you have this setup to sync back to your accounting package it’s important to check the data before. Assigning members to this group will mean that when a request is made to change details they will be the ones checking the information. Also, registration requests for to members of this group.
Administrators – This gives full access to all the options at a managing agent level.
Accounts Payable – This group is used for staff that deal with invoicing. After a property manager has approved an invoice they will be asked to do a final check before its exported to an accounting system.
Template Users – Have access to the template buildings.
Scan Batch Managers – allows access to batch scan management, used to upload invoices onto Dwellant.
Custom Groups – If you would like to set up bespoke groups for your company create a custom group. You can then assign these groups to manage buildings or make them special handling groups.
Financial Controllers – Allows access to invoice reports.
Legal Staff - Allows access and creation of legal packs found in the home menu of any building.
Customer Service Managers -
Super Approvers – Members of this group can approve any invoice even if its not assigned to them.
Site surveyors – Relates to the csite survey app, allows the user to see all buildings on the app.
Emergency Contacts – If users in a building use the emergency contact option these members will be alerted and copied in on the message.
