Building Calendar shows all the activities planned for the day week or month.
Add Booking
This allows you to see all the activities of the day in one place and add last minute bookings as desired.
Just click the "Actions" Button, click on the calendar you would like and complete as normal.
Add Note
This allows you to leave messages to the team onsite in a timed slot. This also shows directly on the user profile.
Add request
This allows you or the team to add a request to be actioned on the day. Once added it will appear at the top of the days slots.
