Cheat sheets are used by building staff and administrators to store building information that is needed regularly.
On the Building go to Building data / Cheat sheet.
All the items and their values are displayed in a table.
Click the Edit button to change these items.
The name of the item is followed by an equals sign ("=") followed by the value. Enter a space before the item name to make it a sub-item of the previous entry.
A standard set of items can be added to the template building which will be displayed in all buildings. Once the cheat sheet is edited in a building then it will no longer receive updates from the template.
Passwords should not be kept in cheat sheets.

- Buildings Insurance Year
- Buildings Insurance Policy
- Health & Safety Risk Assessments Last and Review Date
- Safety Systems Maintenance Provider
- Utilities Electricity Provider
- Utilities Other (Specify) Provider
- Grounds Maintenance Service Provider
- Security Entry System Maintenance Provider
- Parking Control Service Provider
- Lift Maintenance Provider
