Viewing your Planned Maintenance (contractors)

If your client is using the compliance feature of Dwellant, you can view all planned maintenance tasks which have been assigned to you under Planned Maintenance / Calendar from left sidebar menu on new Contractor layout on Dwellant.

You can also filter by year, category and building, You can also toggle between 'Due/Late' and 'All' options. 

The planned maintenance events fall under Scheduled, Overdue and Complete markings, each colour coded as Blue, Red and Green. The single alphabet markings across the calendar shows the frequency as below. They follow the same colour coding as their completion status.

 

A - Annually

B - Biannually

D - Daily

M - Monthly

O - Other

Q - Quarterly

W - Weekly

 

View Planned Maintenance Activities 

To view planned maintenance actitvities, click on Planned Maintenance > Current Activities. This will list all the details like Managing agent, assigned user group, status, created by and Actions menu.

 

 

You can use the three dots or the Actions menu on far right to comment, complete or view full details of the event. 

Clicking on Cancel will close the Actions menu.
