Work & Quotations: viewing your requests, importance levels and task statuses

You can view all requests which have been assigned to you under "Work & Quotations" from left sidebar.-

On this page you would be able to view

• All requests on your list
• Requests awaiting invoices 
• Quotations (also known as quotes)

Task Importance

Requests are colour coded by Importance ! 
From: Low, Medium, High and Emergency.
You would now have clear visibility as to which Managing Agent has assigned you the work.

Task Statuses

The dashboard uses colour-coded status tags to help you identify where a task sits in its operational lifecycle:

• In progress (Green): Active tasks that are currently being worked on by the assigned team.
• Invoice upload required (Yellow): Work is finished, and the system is waiting for the final financial documentation to be submitted.
• Awaiting quotations (Purple): These are new or pending requests where a price estimate has not yet been submitted to the managing agent.
• Quotation Received (Light Blue): Your quote has been successfully submitted and is currently being reviewed by the client or agent.
