Remove a Contractor from Your Managing Agent List of Contractors
Members of Contractor Managers user group can remove any Contractor/supplier from the Managing agent's List of Contractors. Please note that this will only remove them from your list of contractors and not from Dwellant. If they need to be removed from Dwellant, this needs to be directly requested by the Contractor on an email to Dwellant Customer Service.
Before removing a Contractor, make sure to have a prior discussion with them and sort out all pending jobs and contracts.
To remove a Contractor from List of Contractors-
- Login and go to Contractors / List from left side panel on new UI. If on old Dwellant UI, this is under Setup / Contractors / List
- Search for the Contractor by name and hit filter.

Click on 'Select action' for this contractor and choose 'Remove Contractor'

Click OK to confirm the deletion confirmation pop up message
And that's it! The Contractor will now no longer see your name under their List of Managing agents and you will now see their status as 'Used by other Managing agents'.
