If you have tried to install and uninstall and its still not working, please try following the steps below, which can help in cleaning the cache for the account where the HV is installed -
1. Go to Local Disk (C:) on your computer
2. Users
3. Click on current user name
4. Click on App Data
5. Click on Local
6. Click on App
7. Click on 2.0
8. Delete the content and try to launch HV again
Reboot the PC and relaunch Concierge HV. To bear in mind, if some of the folders are not appearing, its worth checking the box under 'Hidden Items'.
Any other error messages while opening the program, at this point its worth flagging the issue on an email to the team. Please share the screenshot of the error along with the below details:
1.The HV log without the number (log files found in C:temp folder)
2.Name of the machine (Windows 11. Select Start > Settings > System. Your computer name appears at the top of the System window. ; Windows 10. Select Start > Settings > System > About)
3. Do you have multiple users using the HV on the same machine?
4. What happens when you press "OK" on the warning/error message?
