iDPRT 310 printer troubleshooting

If your printer is an iDPRT 310, please follow the lights to understand its working status -
- Blue light - its working
- Green - it is in feed mode, the printer just needs to be rebooted
- Red - check if the cable is secure
Additionally check the printer settings to see if it is online and the dimensions for the labels are set.
