The File tab lets you add a new user, manage frequent visitors, print the scanning and concierge sheets and refresh the Concierge HV application.

You can produce package and key transaction reports and statistics, this can be useful to stock take the parcels you are storing .

Reset:

If your scanner is not working properly; for example, not scanning packages or completing the wrong fields. Follow these steps: 1: unplug the scanner.  2: plug it back. 3: run the reset options listed:
