Making your Posting a Vote

If you wish to get residents and site users involved in a decision about a posting, make your posting a Vote by clicking the ‘Change Options’ button at the bottom of the window and then selecting the voting type from the options available. If you want Voters to select more than one option from your voting options, then tick the box that appears. In the next textbox, you can specify your voting options.  

Initially set to yes and no, you can change these to say anything, but make sure your options are separated by a semicolon ‘;’ as you cannot edit your voting options once someone has cast their vote. 

Private votes 

If you do not want residents and other building members to see what each other are voting, then make sure to set your vote to private. This is especially helpful for when the vote is a sensitive matter. 

Publishing results of Votes 

Votes will automatically get posted when the expiry date is reached. If there is no expiry date then the vote will be ongoing.
