Offline posting

An offline posting is a posting on a building that is aimed at users that are either:

• direct mail recipients (directly been set a a recipient for that post)

• offline recipients ( without email addresses )

How to setup an offline posting?

• Create a posting in the normal way (go to a building => all postings => add posting)  - Creating a posting 

• Find that posting, the cog on the top right => select action Create PDF will open a modal giving you recipient choices.

• pressing OK on the above modal will create a job to create the offline postings PDF and attach it to a request in that building
