How to generate PDF newsletters

Ad hoc newsletters

There are 2 ways to generate newsletters for Property Managers & Administrators.

1. Download & print the Newsletters

• On the main building page, under 'Postings' -> 'Create Ad Hoc Newsletters'
• Select the posting/s which should be contained in the newsletter
• Now click the 'Send' button
• Then under 'Requests & Messages' -> 'Active Requests' you can find a new request with attachments, automatically created by the system.
• From here, you can download and print the newsletters.

2. Creating Monthly Newsletters

• On the main building page, under 'Core data' -> 'Newsletter Preferences'
• Tick the 'Create PDF Newsletters Now' box and click the 'Save Changes' button.
• The attachments/newsletters will now appear under 'Requests/Messages' -> 'Requests/Messages for you to action'.
