Archived postings vs Out of date postings

Archived postings - Found at Building level

Deleted and expired postings will be moved to the Archive section. The Archive section can be found under Content > Postings > All postings on the left side bar menu.

The Archived postings will remain there for eternity until manually deleted from the archive. If a post in the archive is deleted then it is actually deleted, and can no longer be retrieved.

Out of date postings - Found at Managing agent level

Out of Date Postings is a tool for Property Manager's to check for building documents that need updating. It shows posts with attachments. It will help the PMs see where they might want to update an expired attachment for a posting.

The Out of Date postings can be checked under - Managing agent level / Home / Out of date postings

The table shows postings that…

- the user is in the handling group of the building AND

- have an attachment AND

- are not in the Archive topic AND

- don’t have an expiry date AND

--update time is at least a year old OR

--the subject ends with a four digit year in the past OR

--the subject ends with a date prior to the current date.

A Managing agent user can perform below actions…

View Posting (opens in a new tab) - You will need to use this if you want to see the normal display of the post, view attachments, or delete the post.

Update -  Opens the standard edit post form.

Leave - Used to hide the post from the list. The time options are -

--Forever

--One month

--Until a specified date.
