Bulk Download and Upload of Postings

Postings can be uploaded in bulk to a specific parent topic via below bulk upload method.

 

• You must "Download postings template" first.
• Fill in the template information
  • ParentTopicPath column must contain the topic id in square brackets.
  • There may several places where this can be found:
  • Custom report: Managing Agent - Topics List for example.
  • Or Setup → Topics, looking for the topic of interest, and hover over the Select Action → Edit link. It should show the topic id in the link url in the lower part of the browser as highlighted below -
